POINTS OF CONTACT: Alice Mendoza, Contract Specialist Patrick Collins, Contracting Officer DESCRIPTION: NAVSUP FLCY Site Marianas (Guam) has a requirement for portable toilets and hand wash stations to support maintenance on the USS Minnesota (SSN 783) at Naval Base Guam.

W085 - Lease or Rental of Equipment: Toiletries The contractor shall provide, service, and maintain six (6) portable toilets and three (3) portable hand wash stations with associated trash bins. Toilets and sinks shall be serviced three times per week. This includes cleaning, sanitizing, restocking of all supplies (toilet paper, fresh water, hand soap, paper towels), and disposal of all waste and trash in accordance with federal and local regulations.

The contractor will be responsible for obtaining all necessary security clearances and arranging access to the worksite for its employees. The anticipated period of performance is for 14 SEPT 2026 - 04 NOV 2026. The Government anticipates issuing a formal solicitation for a Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) contract at a later date.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: This notice is NOT a request for proposals. The solicitation, when issued, will be available electronically via the System for Award Management (SAM.gov) website. All responsible and eligible sources may submit a quotation, bid, or proposal, as appropriate, in response to the subsequent solicitation, which will be considered by the agency. It is the responsibility of interested parties to monitor this site for the release of the solicitation and any subsequent amendments.
