USNS CHARLES DREW (T-AKE 10) Mid-Term Availability (MTA)

The NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center (FLC) Yokosuka Site Singapore intends to issue a competitive solicitation by mid April for the Mid Term Availability (MTA) requirement for USNS CHARLES DREW (T-AKE 10). The MTA is tentatively scheduled for 12 Oct - 30 Nov 2026 to be performed at a contractor shipyard in the Seventh Fleet Area of Responsibility (AOR).

Interested parties may submit a capability statement to michelle.a.kouis.civ@us.navy.mil and request a draft copy of the work item package by the closing date of this announcement. The capability statement should include a brief description of your firm and the capabilities to perform an MTA. To be eligible for award, the offerer must have an active registration in SAM.gov. Firms with inactive registrations will not be considered for award. Firms must be authorized to do business in the country of performance.
