Hydraulic Power Unit CFAO Port Operations White Beach

(a) This is a Request for Quotations (RFQ) for the procurement of two (2) Hydraulic Power Units (Elastec D9 or equal) and associated shipping. The units shall be provided in accordance with the attached Solicitation N6264926QG007, which contains the detailed specifications and requirements.

(b) This acquisition is being conducted using the commercial item procedures of FAR Part 12. The Government intends to award a single firm-fixed-price purchase order. The closing date for receipt of quotations is 10:00 AM JST on 16 September 2026.

(c) As detailed in the attached RFQ, quotes must be submitted directly to the Government point of contact, Miho Uehara, at miho.uehara.ln@us.navy.mil by the specified closing date and time. Delivery of the items is required to Commander Fleet Activities Okinawa (CFAO), Kadena Air Base, Okinawa, Japan, with a desired delivery date of 30 September 2026.

(d) Offerors must be a source registered in the System for Award Management (SAM.gov) to be eligible for award.

(e) The World Trade Organization Government Procurement Agreement (WTO GPA) and Free Trade Agreements (FTAs) are not applicable to this acquisition due to the estimated dollar value.
