Honda Outboard Engines and Propellers Procure and Replace, DFSP Hachinohe

The solicitation Amendment 0001 is issued to provide the Government responses to questions received.

The Contractor shall procure and replace two (2) brand-name Honda outboard engines and corresponding stainless-steel propellers to restore a SeaArk Metal Craft Oil Spill Response Utility Boat to full operational functionality at DFSP Hachinohe, Japan. This solicitation is intended only for sources duly authorized to operate and conduct business in Japan, as prescribed by DFARS 252.225-7042 (Authorization to Perform). Prime Contractors located outside of Japan must submit documentation that unambiguously demonstrates the Offeror's compliance with DFARS 252.225-7042 (e.g. proof of incorporation) as part of their quotation.
