This solicitation amendment is to do the following:

Design and provide a High Pressure Waterjet Boiler Cleaning Unit for Ship Repair Facility and Japan Regional Maintenance Center (SRF-JRMC), US Naval Base Yokosuka. This is a competitive, unrestricted action amongsources duly authorized to operate and do business in JAPAN as prime contractor prescribedby DFARS 225.1103(3). Quoters may be required to submit additional documentation demonstrating their ability to perform in Japan prior to award.
