JRM CIO THIN CLIENTS

(i) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a commercial supply requirement prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.

This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) Solicitation number is N6264925QH028 and is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). (iii) The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2025-04, effective 11 June 2025. (iv) This combined synopsis/solicitation is being issued as a Total Small Business Set-Aside.

The associated NAICS code is 334111 – Electronic Computer Manufacturing - and the small business size standard is 1,250 employees. (v) The Government requires a commercial, firm-fixed price contract to provide the Joint Region Marianas (JRM) Command Information Office (CIO) Thin Clients. See Attachment (1) – SOW – JRM CIO Thin Clients (vi) The required delivery date (RDD) is:

30 days after date of contract (vii) The provision at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors - Commercial Products and Commercial Services, applies to this acquisition. See Attachment (b) Addendum to 52.212-1 for additional instructions. (viii) The provision at 52.212-2, Evaluation-Commercial Products and Commercial Services, applies to this acquisition.

See Attachment (c) 52.212-2, Evaluation-Commercial Products and Commercial Services for the description of the evaluation procedures to be used. (ix) The clause at 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Products and Commercial Services (NOV 2023), applies to this acquisition.

There is no addendum to 52.212-4 for this solicitation. (x) The clause at 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders-Commercial Products and Commercial Services (DEVIATION 2025-O0003/ DEVIATION 2025-O0004) (MAR 2025), applies to this acquisition.

There are no additional contract requirement(s) or terms and conditions other than those included in this notice including all referenced provisions, clauses, and attachments. (xi) The Defense Priorities and Allocations System (DPAS) is NOT applicable to this solicitation. (xii) The date, and time all quotations must be received in order to be considered for award is the response date and time in Contract Opportunities.

(xiii) The name and telephone number of the individual to contact for information regarding the solicitation including submission of questions is the Contract Specialist identified in Contract Opportunities for this combined synopsis/solicitation. The Government may not respond to questions received less than 5 days prior to the due date and time for receipt of quotations.
