The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2025-01.

There are no additional contract requirement(s) or terms and conditions other than those included in this notice including all referenced provisions, clauses, and attachments.

This announcement quote submission and closure is on 03 January 2025 at 1300 hrs, Japan Standard Time (JST) via email to the Contract Specialists identified in the Contact Information. Questions are due five (5) days prior to deadline date and must be submitted in writing via email. Questions that occur after the cut off, but are considered to be significant to the requirement, will be accepted and discussed only with those vendors that have submitted a quote.
