GROUNDS AND TREE MAINTENANCE SERVICES AT JOINT BASE PEARL HARBOR-HICKAM (JBPHH), HAWAII

Grounds and Tree Maintenance Services at Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam (JBPHH), Hawaii. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, supervision, management, tools, materials, equipment, facilities, transportation, incidental engineering, and other items necessary to provide Grounds and Tree Maintenance Services at Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam (JBPHH), Hawaii.

The work includes, but is not limited to, maintaining grounds areas (prestige grounds, improved grounds, semi-improved grounds, operational areas, and maintaining storm drainage systems) to ensure a healthy and sightly appearance.

The Contactor shall perform edging, lawn maintenance, vegetation control, irrigation systems operation, debris removal, shrub and hedge maintenance, plant maintenance, plant bed maintenance, tree maintenance, brush/grass maintenance, tree maintenance, artificial turf maintenance, maintenance of xeriscape areas, playground fall zone maintenance, vegetation control, canal maintenance to ensure unrestricted flow of water into the main drainage systems, removal of obstructions and vegetation control in storm drainage systems to ensure unrestricted flow of storm water runoff, clearing mangroves, scheduled pest control services, vegetation management to ensure facilities are free of vegetation pests, controlling lawn, turf and ornamental plant pests to ensure facilities are free of lawn, turf and ornamental plant pests, herbicide services, weed control.

Procurement Method: Contracting by Negotiation. The NAICS Code for this procurement is 561730 and the annual size standard is $9,500,000.00. The contract term will be a base period of 12 months plus four one-year option periods. The total term of the contract, including all options, will not exceed 60 months. The Government will not synopsize the options when exercised. The minimum guarantee will be the Base Period Recurring work and the maximum value of the contract will be the total value of all the Contract Line Items in the Schedule.
