Aviation Facilities Planning and Design Criteria Training

Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command (NAVFAC) Atlantic intends to sole source a contract for the commercial purchase for Airfield Planning and Design Criteria from Crawford, Murphy, and Tilly, Inc., a large business under the applicable NAICS. The contract term will be for one year. Only one responsible source is able to provide the type of service that will satisfy the agency requirements.

This sole source acquisition meets the conditions of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1) and is not a request for competitive quotes; however, all interested parties who believe they can meet the requirements should contact Kimberly Hall at kimberly.a.hall124.civ@us.navy.mil. Information received as a result of this notice will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement and will be at the sole discretion of the Contracting Officer.

If no written responses are received by 1400 EDT, 30 August 2024, the contract will be awarded without further notice. The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 611430, Professional and Management Development Training, and the SBA size standard is $15.0 million.
