CyberFEDS Subscription

Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command (NAVFAC) Atlantic intends to sole source a contract to LRP Publications, Inc. (360 Hiatt Dr. Palm Beach Gardens, FL 33418-7106), for the commercial purchase of cyberFEDS® on the Web subscriptions (General Services Administration - GSA), Workers’ Compensation on cyberFEDS® subscriptions (open market), and access to Manager Advantage by cyberFEDS® (open market). The contract term will be for one year.

Only one responsible source is able to provide the type of service that will satisfy the agency requirements. This sole source acquisition meets the conditions of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1) and is not a request for competitive quotes; however, all interested parties who believe they can meet the requirements should contact Star Hanchey (star.m.hanchey.civ@us.navy.mil).

Information received as a result of this notice will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement and will be at the sole discretion of the Contracting Off icer. If no written responses are received by 2:00 PM ET, 13 February 2024, the contract will be awarded without further notice. The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 519290, Web Search Portals and All Other Information Services, and the SBA size standard is 1,000 employees.
