This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.2, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The Naval Air Warfare Center Training Systems Division (NAWCTSD) intends to issue a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Purchase Order (PO) on a competitive basis.
