This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.

This procurement is being solicited under full and open competition with an associated North American Classification System (NAICS) code of 611512 (Flight Training) with a size standard of 34 million dollars. The Product Service Code (PSC) is U099 (Education/Training-Other). Naval Air Warfare Center Training Systems Division (NAWCTSD) in Orlando, Florida intends to issue a Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) IDIQ Contract.

NAWCTSD has a requirement to support the Navy’s (CACT) program for the academic maintenance (MX) training on the C-40A.

For all courses, the contractor shall provide all the necessary facilities (excluding mobile course facilities as noted), certified instructors, management personnel, scheduling and administrative personnel, materials, rights for use of materials for this contracted training and training devices, courseware materials needed for each course, and other services necessary for training for maintenance personnel to satisfy the requirements as required by the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS).
