Recompete of the Command Aircraft Crew Training (CACT) for the Navy C-37A Platform Solicitation

The Purpose of RFP Amendment 2 is to make the following changes:1. Add Attachment 3, Solicitation Questions and Answers2. Change all X008 CLINS descriptions from IAW PWS (b)(1)(vii) to IAW PWS (b)(1)(viii)3. Change all X033 CLINS descriptions from IAW PWS (b)(1)(xxxii) to IAW PWS (b)(1)(xxxiii)4.

52.212-1(5)(b)(ii) changed paragraph wording from CLIN XX00 through XX41 to CLIN 1001 through 50415. 52.212-2.(a)(1) section 1: replaced or with and in the following sentence, For the C-37A and C-37B provide certificate of a 14 CFR part 142 training center AND training center with a record of providing C-37A/B military pilot training6.

52.212-2.(a)(1) section 2 : added language from referencing section in 52.212-1 ?(ii) The Offeror proposed For each course, specified number of consecutive days, training days, and total course hour length.

The offeror proposed a subtotal number of hours of instructor based academics lessons, Computer Based Trainer (CBT), Cockpit Familiarization Trainer (CFT), part task trainer training, simulator time (in which seats), brief/debrief time for each course and practical exercises/events as applicable that meet student training requirements as described in the PWS7. 52.212-2.(a)(1) section 2: removed reference to addendum FAR 52.212-1 Instructions for Proposal paragraph, (b)(4)(2) from #4.8. Changed PWS (c)(1)(i) to specify date. August 2nd.
