F/A-18E/F and EA-18G Aircrew and Maintenance Training Systems Flight Plan Procurement Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity Contract

This contract action was not awarded competitively. This sole source, single award IDIQ contract was awarded to the Boeing Company as authorized by FAR 6.302-1 and 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1), Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. The IDIQ contract provides for procurement of new training systems, as well as upgrades and modifications to the existing F/A-18E/F Super Hornet and EA-18G Growler aircrew and maintenance training systems. Efforts will include, but are not limited to:

Software Configuration Set (SCS) upgrades, visual upgrades, hardware, threat systems, fidelity enhancements, courseware and curriculum, additional devices, discrepancy report efforts and product support.
