The Naval Surface Warfare Center Panama City Division (NSWC PCD), Panama City, Florida intends to award an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract on a sole source basis to Utah State University for biomaterial protein and fiber development (BRDL) support. Utah State University has provided research, development, and production of biomaterial protein and fiber under IDIQ N61331-20-D-0001. The Government anticipates the award of a five year requirements contract that includes a base year and four options. NAICS Code 325220 – Artificial and Synthetic Fibers and Filaments Manufacturing applies. SBA Size Standard is 1,050 employees.
