Public Affairs Office Social Media Support Services

The Naval Supply Systems Command (NAVSUP) Fleet Logistics Center (FLC) Norfolk Contracting Department, Norfolk, VA 23511-3392, intends to award a single award, firm-fixed price (FFP), Competitive action for social media support services for Commander, Naval Air Force Atlantic (CNAL) Public Affairs Office to accomplish specific requirements described herein and in the resultant solicitations/contracts.

The policies and procedures of FAR Part 12 - Acquisition of Commercial Items, FAR Subpart 13.5 – Simplified Procedures for Certain Commercial Items will be utilized. As a result of information obtained from responses received while conducting market research, This requirement will be solicited as a sole source action. The associated NAICS code 541511 - Custom Computer Programming Services, and the Size Standard is 34 (millions of dollars). The Product Service Code is R426 Support- Professional Communications.

This requirement is for social media support services in support of Commander Naval Surface Force Atlantic Public Affairs Office. The solicitation, any documents related to this procurement, and all amendments issued will be in electronic form via email. All responsible sources may submit a quote that shall be considered by the Government.

By submitting a quote, the quoter will be self-certifying that neither the principal corporate officials nor owners are currently suspended, debarred, or otherwise ineligible to receive contracts from any federal agency. Failure to do so may represent grounds for refusing to accept the quote.

By submission of a quote, the quoter acknowledges the requirement that a prospective awardee must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database prior to award, during performance, and through final payment of any contract resulting from the solicitation, except for awards to foreign vendors for work to be performed outside the United States. Lack of registration in the SAM database will make a quoter ineligible for award.
