Solicitation is 100% Small Business Set-Aside and the associated NAICS code is 332919 and small business size standard is 1000. Requirement as follows:

This solicitation is open only to offerors that possess Joint Certification Program (JCP) active certification. Offers from firms without active JCP certificates will not be accepted.
