NOTE: Read all paperwork carefully for compliance and pay special attention to the NAICS Code being used. The NAICS Code must be listed in your SAM profile.

2. RETURN all paperwork requested (RFQ & any attached forms). This is a combined synopsis solicitation for a HOSE ASSEMBLIES See the attached RFQ and other documents for details of the requirement and submittal instructions.
