Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) Contracting Department intends to procure 60 EACH VALVE, BALL 60 SERIES, LOCKING HANDLE, NO LUBRICANT 1/2" OD SWGLK X 1/2" OD SWGLK MATL: STAINLESS STEEL SWAGELOK NORTHWEST (US)

P/N:

SS-63ES8-LLK-NL OR 4PL SKU: 78TR58 for Puget Sound Naval Shipyard and Intermediate Maintenance Facility (PSNS & IMF). This will be solicited on a sole source basis to SNW TEC LLC per FAR 6.302. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement and submit proposals prior to the offer due date, which will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.

A determination not to compete this action based upon responses received to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. This requirement will be procured using procedures for acquisition of commercial services under FAR parts 12 and 13. It is anticipated that a commercial, Firm Fixed-price Supply Contract will be awarded.

Solicitation N4523A24Q4079 will be posted to the sam.gov website on or about 27 August 2024 with the quotes due on or about 30 August 2024. All responsible sources may submit a bid, proposal or quotation which shall be considered by NAVSEA. This solicitation and any subsequent amendments will be posted to http://www.sam.gov. Prospective offerors are responsible for downloading their own copy of the solicitation from this website and for frequently monitoring that site for any amendments.
