TEE, UNION

Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) Contracting Department intends to procure Union Tees, Female Adapters, Reducing Connectors, and Reducing Tees for Puget Sound Naval Shipyard and Intermediate Maintenance Facility (PSNS & IMF). This will be solicited on a sole source basis to SNW Tec LLC per FAR 6.302.

Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement and submit proposals prior to the offer due date, which will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination not to compete this action based upon responses received to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.

This requirement will be procured using procedures for acquisition of commercial services under FAR parts 12 and 13. It is anticipated that a commercial, Firm Fixed-price Supply Contract will be awarded. Solicitation N4523A-24-Q-4015 will be posted to the sam.gov website on or about 31 January 2024 with the quotes due on or about 16 February 2024. All responsible sources may submit a bid, proposal or quotation which shall be considered by NAVSEA.
