This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6 and Federal Acquisitions Regulation (FAR) part 12 and 13, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.

This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued INFORMATION FOR POTENTIAL OFFERORS: The Regional Maintenance Center at Puget Sound Naval Shipyard and Intermediate Maintenance Facility (PSNS and IMF), Bremerton, Washington intends to award a stand-alone Firm-Fixed-Price contract to accomplish testing, inspection, and emergency repair of FENWALNET 6000 Fire Alarm System and Gas Detection System. Work will be accomplished at PSNS and IMF in Bremerton, Washington.

SCOPE OVERVIEW: This requirement is for an Service contract in support of COMPACFLT B/M Program requiring annual testing, inspection of FENWALNET 6000 Fire Alarm System, and bi-annual Gas Detection System inspections. This also include 24/7 emergency calls and repairs. The following work shall be accomplished by the contractor. The contractor shall provide all necessary labor, equipment, support, and routine materials needed to accomplish work under CLINs 0001 through 0003 reflected in the PWS.

The Period of Performance is scheduled to be 12 months from date of contract award. This is a 100% Small Business set-aside under the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) 238210, Business Size Standard of $19,000,000. All offerors must be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM) to receive award of Government contracts.
