Facility Related Control System Modernization

THIS NOTICE IS A SOURCES SOUGHT FOR THE FOLLOWING:Naval Facilities Engineering Command Northwest (NAVFACSYSCOM NW) currently utilizes JACE-9000 series supervisory controllers running Niagara 4 (N4) as a systems unifier on our Controls Systems Platform Enclave (CSPE) network. To meet operational and cybersecurity requirements, there must be a combination of upgrading, replacing, and re-programming parts of the Operational Technology (OT) environment that do not meet these requirements.
