FY25 Natural Resources Forestry IDIQ for work in the NAVFAC NW AOR

The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 115310 comprises establishments primarily engaged in remediation services with a small business size standard of $11.5M. The Natural Resources Forestry IDIQ contract is to perform Natural Resources and Forestry Services inclusive, but not limited to, Forest Mensuration, Reforestation, Timber Stand Improvement (TSI), Vegetation Management, Timber Harvest Preparation, Timber Harvest, Site Restoration, Project Documentation.

NAVFAC Northwest area of responsibility (AOR), which includes Washington, Oregon, Idaho, Montana, Alaska, Iowa, Minnesota, North Dakota, South Dakota, Nebraska, and Wyoming. It is anticipated that most of the work will occur in Washington State, however, projects could be located anywhere in the Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command (NAVFAC) AOR. This award is an 8(a) sole source partnership with the Small Business Administration. The term of this contract is a one base year, four 12-month option periods and a possible up-to 6-month extension.
