Adapters

This Solicitation is for Adapters that support maintenance and installation activities for Norfolk Naval Shipyard (NNSY), Portsmouth, VA. This procurement is for materials only; no installation services are required under this action. This requirement will be procured as a sole?source acquisition from Dibert Valve & Fitting Co., Inc. as the authorized distributor of SWAGELOK equipment.

The parts requested are direct replacement for existing shipyard equipment and SWAGELOK is the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM). The parts requested are "one for one" replacements and must be procured from the OEM (or his authorized distributor) in order for the equipment to operate to shipyard and OEM performance standards.

Any other parts and/or accessories not from the OEM would cause malfunction of equipment there by rendering the equipment inoperable and causing delay in the vessels scheduled work package. This solicitation will result in a Firm?Fixed?Price (FFP) award for a Sole?source requirement. No substitutes allowed. Please refer to the attachments for the complete description and specifications.

Vendors shall submit: - A completed Solicitation (SF 1449) N4215826QE070, - The Continuation Sheets (see attachments) and - A vendor's quote Important Note: Quotes must be all-inclusive, including shipping and any other associated costs. No additional charges will be accepted after award.
