Synopsis for N4215825QE087 – Bus Bar, Flex Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA), Norfolk Naval Shipyard (NNSY) intends to award a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Single Award Contract as necessary to provide Norfolk Naval Shipyard (NNSY) in Portsmouth, VA with Bus Bar, Flex. The contractor shall provide the items as required by the government specifications. This requirement will be solicited as 100% Small Business Set-Aside, in accordance with FAR Part 13.5 – Simplified Procedures for Certain Commercial Items.

Requests for Quote (RFQ) will be available for download on or about 5 August 2025 at https://www.SAM.gov under RFQ number N4215825QE087. Potential vendors are hereby notified that the RFQ and subsequent amendments to the RFQ will ONLY be available by downloading the documents at the above web site. This office will no longer issue hard copy RFQs.
