TECH O. R., LLC Description: Collection and removal of fire extinguishers from NNSY on a Quarterly Basis during a one (1) year period of performance in accordance with the Statement of Work found herein. Contractor will remove a maximum of 300 fire extinguishers per quarter (which is a maximum of 1,200 fire extinguishers for one (1) year.

Norfolk Naval Shipyard Set-aside Status: Total Small Business Set-Aside. Contract is firm-fixed price and competitive. The statement (below) was also included in the www.sam.gov posting of N4215825QN008 Removal of Expired Fire Extinguishers at NNSY. Additionally, the statement (below) was included on page 3 of the SF-1449 Solicitation N4215825QN008: Award will be made to the offeror whose quote reflects a technically acceptable item or combination of technically acceptable items that result in the lowest aggregate price to the Government.

Price: The estimated amount for each line item will be added together to determine the total estimated price which will become the evaluate price. The vendor’s proposed price will be evaluated on the basis of price reasonableness. All prices must be considered fair and reasonable as determined by the Government. Price quote shall be held firm and valid for sixty (60) days. The completion and submission of the above items will constitute a quote and will be considered the vender’s unconditional assent to the terms and conditions of this Solicitation and any attachments and/or exhibits.
