USNS GRASP (T-ARS-51) SMART Inspection Support

The Government intends to make a sole-source award to Intech Marine Services, LLC for the servicing of USNS GRASP’s SMART Inspection Support. Intech Marine Services is the only contractor who can fit the USNS GRASP’s schedule and fulfill the Government’s minimum requirements within the allotted timeframe. This notice of intent is not a request for quotes. A determination not to compete the proposed procurement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
