FY27 SPECIAL PROJECT USNH Yokosuka Alteration, CFAY Japan

NAVFAC Far East intends to issue a Request for Proposal (RFP) for FY27 SPECIAL PROJECT USNH Yokosuka Alteration, Yokosuka Japan.

The scope of alteration work will include civil, landscape architecture, architecture, interior design, structural, heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC), plumbing, electrical, communications, cybersecurity, fire protection, including life safety, physical security, antiterrorism / force protection (AT/FP), hazardous material abatement, sustainability, energy conservation compliance design, to include temporary facilities at this medical treatment facility (MTF).

The NAICS Code for this procurement is 236220(Commerical and Institutional Building Construction) and the annual size standard is $45 million. The estimated cost of construction for the project is between $100 million and $250 million. The solicitation will be issued as an unrestricted procurement utilizing tradeooff source selection procedures which require Offerors to submit a technical proposal, past performance information, and a price proposal for evaluation by the Government.

Offerors shall submit with their orffer a bid bond of $3,000,000 or 20 percent of the bid price, whichever is less. This is a new procurement. It does not replace an existing contract. No prior contract information exists. The Government does not intend to use Federal Acquisition Regulation Part 12 for this acquisition.
