Except where otherwise stated, the Contractor shall furnish all labor, supervision, management, tools, materials, equipment, facilities, transportation, incidental engineering, and other items necessary to provide the services outlined below and described in this Performance Work Statement (PWS) at Commander Navy Region Japan (CNRJ) to include the U.S. Commander Fleet Activities Yokosuka (CFAY), and outlying areas supported by this installation, by means of a performance-based contract that is comprised of both Recurring Work and Non-Recurring Work Items. PWS is CUI documents, and the request for access is required by providing your e-mail address to POC, Satomi Abe.
