SEWAGE COLLECTION AND TRANSPORTATION SERVICES AND OTHER RELATED SERVICES AT THE U.S. NAVAL AIR FACILITY, ATSUGI, JAPAN

NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE NAVFAC FE PWD Atsugi intends to award a sole source contract for sewage services at NAF Atsugi, Japan. This proposed contract is for sewage pumping, collection, transportation and disposal services and cleaning of sewage utility systems for NAF Atsugi. Sewage sludge generated at NAF Atsugi shall be disposed at the disposal facility located in Ayase-city Japan.

This proposed contract action is for services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with a single source under the authority of 10 U.S.C. § 3204(a)(1). Interested entries may submit clear and convincing evidence to support their ability to fully meet the requirement to the individual(s) identified below no later than January 26, 2024, 10:00 AM Japan Standard Time. The Government does not anticipate receiving responses to this notice.

If parties choose to respond, any costs associated with the preparation and submission of data or any other cost incurred in response to this announcement are the sole responsibility of the respondent and will not be reimbursed by the Government.
