Base Operations Support (BOS) Contract at the New Sanno, Tokyo, Japan

The Naval Facilities Engineering Command (NAVFAC) Far East (FE), Facilities Engineering & Acquisition Department (FEAD) Yokosuka intend to award multiple year single award, Firm Fixed-Price and Indefinite-Delivery/Indefinite Quantity comprised of Recurring and Non-Recurring Work items to obtain base operating support services at the New Sanno Hotel, Tokyo, Japan.

The scope of work includes, but is not limited to, all labor, management, supervision, tools, material, and equipment required to perform BOS contract at the New Sanno, Tokyo, Japan.

The Contractor shall maintenance, repair and alternation for the followings: Facility Investment (Building systems, HVAS systems, Fire Protection systems, Potable Water systems, Battery systems for Emergency Lights, VTE systems, Landry Equipment, Auto Door systems) Custodial Pest Control Integrated Solid Waste Management Ground Maintenance and Landscaping Wastewater This requirement is for a performance-based contract. The contract term will be a base period with four option periods. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 561210, Facility Support Services, with an annual size standard of $47.0M.

SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS: Interested firms should submit a brief capabilities statement package using Enclosure (1), Sources Sought Contractor Information Form, to demonstrate capabilities, capacity and experience. Respondents will not be notified of the results of the Navy’s market research. NAVFAC FE will utilize the information for acquisition planning purposes.
