Regional Hazardous Waste Services

This is the Official Amendment 0005 labeled as 0006 in PIEE Solicitations due to system limitations and unable to change or cancel the previous amendment memo posting in PIEE Solicitations.

Amendment 0005 is to formally respoond to the RFI and add the updated PWS and attachments, the extended due date for the RFP from 18 July 2024 at 12:00 PM Eastern to 15 August 2024 at 12:00 PM Eastern, remains unchanged. The Government is currently working to ensure any updates are appropriately validated and incorporated into the revised package. A follow-up Amendment will be provided at an undetermined future date providing any additional changes or updates.

NAVFAC Request for Proposal (RFP) A.1 RFP Description of the requirement: This requirement is for both recurring and non-recurring, performance based, Hazardous Waste services to provide hazardous waste management operations, watch standers for specific Navy sites, spill containment / spill control materials cleanup and removal, and hazardous material (HM), hazardous waste (HW), regulated waste (RW) and transportatin support of the military missions, within the Washington Navy Yard and various surrounding regional locations throughout the Washington DC Metropolitan area, as shown below:

Amendment 0002: provided responses to RFI, updated PWS Annex 0200000 Management and Administration and Annex 1800000 Environmental, Section F Environmental Deliverables, Section J attachment J-0200000-06 and extend the deadlines from 8 July 2024 to 11 July 2024 Amendment 0003: extended the RFI due date until 9 July 2024 and the proposals due date until 18 July 2024.

Amendment 0004: extended the proposal due date until 15 August 2024.
