The purpose of Amendment 006 is to provide attachment, Schedule of IDIQ rates and Pricing. The Solicitation close date remains unchanged at 8 September 2026 at 9:00 AM PDT

The purpose of Amendment 0005 is to extend the Offer Due date by five days (5), from 3 September 2026 3:00 PM PDT to 8 September 2026 9:00 AM PDT.

The purpose of amendment 0004 is to provide Government response to additional Request for Information. The close date of this solicitation remains unchanged at 03 September 2026.

The purpose of amendment 0003 is to provide responses to the Request for Information to this solicitation and incorporate clause FAR 52.232-23 Alt 1. Additionally, the solicitation close date has been extended by seven (7) days, from 27 August 2026 to 03 September 2026.

The purpose of amendment 0002 is to add back the initial solicitation description and extend the Request for Information due date and Solicitation Close date by seven (7) days. The Request for Information due date is changed from 28 July 2026 to 04 August 2026. The Solicitation Close Date is changed from 20 August 2026 to 27 August 2026.

The purpose of amendment 0001 is to extend the due date of solicitation N3943026R2006 by one (1) day, from 19 August 2026 to 20 August 2026.The Naval Facilities (NAVFAC) Engineering and Expeditionary Warfare Center (EXWC), Port Hueneme, California has issued a Request for Proposal (RFP) under solicitation number N3943026R2004 a Firm Fixed Price, Single Award, Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ).The Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command (NAVFACSYSCOM), Engineering and Expeditionary Warfare Centers (EXWC) has a requirement to support the Navys Inspection, Maintenance, Repair, and Corrosion Prevention and Control(abatement and repair) requirements program located within the Contiguous United States (CONUS).

This requirement is to maintain a ready fleet of all Civil Engineering Support Equipment (CESE), Civil Engineer End Items (CEEI), Material Handling Equipment (MHE), Weight Handling Equipment (WHE), support vehicles, and Containerized Base Camp Facilities, referred to as Naval Expeditionary Equipment Assets. This support would include:

inspection services, preventative maintenance services, refurbishment, repair, overhaul services, upgrade, modernization, modification services, logistic management information and services (LMIS), Corrosion Prevention and Control (abatement and repair) of the Naval expeditionary equipment assets. The closing date for receipt of proposals is 27 August 2026 as indicated on the solicitation. This acquisition is solicited as 100 percent women owned, small business set-aside.

The Government will only accept offers from women owned, small business concerns. NAVFAC EXWC anticipates the award of an IDIQ with base ordering period of sixty (60) months, and an extension of services period not to exceed six (6) months. Individual task orders under this contract will be firm fixed price (FFP). The Government intends to issue a minimum guarantee. The estimated award date is February 2027. The maximum value of all task orders placed under this contract will not exceed $39,000,000.00.

This will be the only method of distribution; therefore, it is the Offerors responsibility to check the solicitation module in PIEE periodically for any amendments to the solicitation.

Offerors must be registered in System for Award Management (SAM) at http://www.sam.gov in order to receive an award under this procurement.
