The Portsmouth Naval Shipyard intends to award a sole-source, firm-fixed-price contract to PH Tool (CAGE Code: 0NA33) for urgent custom machining services under the authority of FAR 6.302-2 (Unusual and Compelling Urgency).

The requirement is for the immediate custom fabrication of Machine Block

Delaying this award to compete the requirement would result in significant delays
