1. Portsmouth Naval Shipyard intends to award a commercial, firm-fixed price contract using FAR Parts 12 and 13.5, to BrandSafway Services, LLC on a SOLE SOURCE basis for the rental of Hakitec Temporary Roofing System components.

2. This solicitation documents and incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through FAC 2024-05 and DFARS Change Notice 2024-0425. It is the responsibility of the contractor to be familiar with the applicable clauses and provisions.
