Portsmouth Naval Shipyard seeks to award a single contract to a company capable of providing the rentals of (1) 6K# and (1) 30K# Forklift for Naval Base Point Loma in San Diego, CA in accordance with the Statement of work contained within the Request for Quote (RFQ), see Attachment- N3904024Q2804 RFQ_ rev 1. Responders to this solicitation must be able to meet the following criteria:

1. Entity is capable of meeting ALL specifications outlined in the Statement of Work within the Request for Quote.

2. Entity has an active CAGE code, and current registration in the System for Award Management (www.SAM.gov) 3. Entity does NOT appear on the Excluded Parties List.
