Uninterruptible Power System (UPS) 30 kVA / 27 kW & Batteries

This is a notice of intent to award a sole-source contract and is not a request for proposals. However, the Government shall consider all responses from responsible sources. Naval Health Research Center (NHRC), San Diego, CA, intends to solicit a proposal and enter into a contract with MITSUBISHI ELECTRIC POWER PRODUCTS, INC, WARRENDALE, PA. The statutory authority for this sole source procurement is 10 U.S.C. 3204(a)(1) per FAR 6.302-1(b)(1)(ii).

Item/Service Description: Item 1. 1 EA, Mitsubishi 1100A Series Uninterruptible Power System (UPS) - 30 kVA Item 2. 1 EA, Mitsubishi 1100A Series - Wall-Mount Bypass Cabinet Item 3. 2 EA, Mitsubishi 1100A Series - External Battery Cabinet - 59 Minutes Item 4. 1 EA, Mitsubishi CS141 Communications Kit for SNMP/MODBUS/BacNet Communications Item 5. 1 EA, Floor Stands for UPS and Battery Cabinets Item 6. 1 EA, Labor and Materials - Remove existing UPS and unneeded materials; install materials to accommodate placement of new UPS and Battery Cabinet.

Item 7. 1 EA, Start Up and Warranty - Validation Includes installation inspection, power-up, and customer training. All contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM.gov) and have fully completed FAR and DFARS representations and certifications therein.
