The United States Department Of Naval Medical Research Center (NMRC) intends to award a sole source contract, BioFire Defense, Salt Lake City, Utah, 84107. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals however If interested Government shall consider all responses.

2. BIOFIRE SPOTFIRE Module, Product# FAST-ASY-0002, QTY-1EA.
3. SPOTFIRE Control Station Extended Warranty, Product# SPOT-SRV-0001, QTY-1EA.
4. SPOTFIRE Module Extended Warranty, Product# SPOT-SRV-0002, QTY-1EA.
5. SPOTFIRE Respiratory/Sore Throat Panel, Product# 423485, QTY-1EA. The NAICS code for this action is 334516. This requirement will be procured under the guidelines of FAR Part 12 Commercial Items. NMRC requires that all contractors doing business with the Acquisition Office must be registered with the Systems for Award Management (SAM). No award can be made unless the vendor is registered in Systems for Award Management.
