This is a notice of intent to award a sole-source contract and is not a request for competitive proposal. However, if interested, Government shall consider all responses. Naval Health Research Center (NHRC) intends to solicit a proposal and enter into a contract with ZRT Laboritory, Beaverton, OR. The statutory authority for this sole source procurement is 10 U.S.C 2304(c)(1) per FAR 6.302-1(c). Contract will be evaluated on most advantageous and best value to the Government.

Please reference N32398-24-Q-0503 on all quotes. The NAICS code for this contract will be 621511. NHRC requires that all contractors doing business with the Acquisition Office must be registered with System for Award Management (SAM). No award can be made unless the vendor is registered in SAM. In order to register with SAM and be eligible to receive an award from this Acquisition Office, all offerors must have a DUN & Bradstreet Number. Decription of Service: Analysis of LH, E1G, PDG, and Creatinine in dried urine for 7,500 samples provide duirng a one year period or until all samples have been provided for testing.
