This supply contract was awarded to Northrop Grumman System Corporation for repair and overhaul of Ship's Service Turbine Generators on a Virigina class submarine. Competition was limited to Northrop Grumman System Corporation as they are the only source for this requirement. J&A 026037 further documents the rationale for other than full and open competition.
