Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard and Intermediate Maintenance Facility (PHNSY & IMF) awarded this firm fixed price contract under authority 10 U.S.C. 3204(a)(1) and in accordance with FAR 6.302-1 Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirement. This supply contract was awarded to Northrop Grumman Systems Corporation Dba Northrop Grumman Marines Systems (NGMS) for repair and alteration of Ship's Service Turbine Generators on a Virginia class submarine.
