Ohana Day Buses

This is a Request for Quotations (RFQ) issued by the Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard and Intermediate Maintenance Facility (PHNY & IMF) for a Firm-Fixed Price commercial service contract. The Government requires contractor support to provide charter bus services, transporting passengers around PHNSY & IMF including the Controlled Industrial Area (CIA). The solicitation number for this requirement is N32253-24-Q-0073. Proposals will be due on 15 July 2024 at 0900 HST.

Submissions are to be emailed to both the primary and the secondary points of contact listed in this posting. This solicitation is prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Part 13, as supplemented with additional information included with this notice. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect though Federal Acquisitions Circular (FAC) 2024-05, DFARS (05/30/2024) and NMCARS 18-22. This requirement is a 100% small business set-aside.

The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code assigned to this procurement is 485999 - Other Transit and Ground Passenger Transportation. This NAICS code size standard is $19 million. The Product Service Code (PSC) applicable to this requirement is V222 - Transportation/Travel/Relocation- Travel/Lodging/Recruitment: Passenger Motor Charter. All firms or individuals responding to this solicitation must be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM) (https://www.sam.gov).

Please note the following for N32253-24-Q-0073: Addendum to FAR 52.212-1 provides instructions on what documents must be included in your submission. Addendum to FAR 52.212-2 provides evaluation factors upon which all submitted proposals will be evaluated. The information for FAR 52.204-26 and FAR 52.212-3 will be verified in SAM.gov If the Offeror has selected "Does" for FAR 52.204-26, then the Offeror shall fill out FAR 52.204-24: Section (d)(l) and Section (d)(2) of this solicitation. Funding is not currently available for this requirement; however, the requirement is anticipated to be funded prior to the commencement date.
