This is a Request for Quotation (RFQ) issued by Pearl Harbor Navy Shipyard and Intermediate Maintenance Facility (PHNSY & IMF) for a Firm Fixed Price contract to purchase the following:

50 Each - SEAL MEMBRANE RING: 15.708"/15.718" OA OD X 14.906"/14.916"ID X 0.995"/1.005" HEIGHT, UNS S30400 OR UNS S30400/ S30400, TYPE 304 OR 304/304L, ASTM A276, CONDITION A, COLD FINISHED. SEE ATTACHED DRAWING. SEAL MEMBRANE RINGS SHALL BE IAW BYRON JACKSON DRAWING 224801 REVISION F EXCEPT PERMANENT MARK USING ELECTRO CHEMICAL ETCH IS NOT REQUIRED.

Required Delivery Schedule: MUST DELIVER BY 28 FEBRUARY 2025. Quote shall be FOB Destination to Joint Base Pearl Harbor Hickam Hawaii, 96860. The applicable North American Industry Classification system (NAICS) code assigned to this procurement is 332999, All Other Miscellaneous Fabricated Metal Product Manufacturing. The NAICS code size standard is 750 employees, for distributors. The Product Service Code (PSC) applicable to this requirment is 4470, Nuclear Reactors. All respondees to this solicitation must be registered in System for Award Management (SAM) (https://sam.gov). Please note the following:
