Dry Dock #1 and Dry Dock #2 Elevator Dismantle and Removal

Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard and Intermediate Maintenance Facility (PHNSY & IMF) releases a request for quote (RFQ) for a Firm Fixed-Price contract to perform the dismantling and removal of the Champion Elevators, model US-1000-FP in Dry Dock #1 and #2. This requirement is a 100% small business set aside.

The tentative Performance Period is 10 June 2024 – 08 October 2024. The location of performance is Joint Base Pearl Harbor Hickam, Hawai'i. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code assigned to this procurement is 238290 – Other Building Equipment Contractors. The Product Service Code (PSC) applicable to this requirement is P500: Salvage – Demolition of Structures/Facilities (other than buildings).

All firms or individuals responding must be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM) (https://www.sam.gov) by the award date. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses will be those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2024-03, DFARS DPN 2/15/2024, and NMCARS 18-22. The solicitation number for this requirement is N32253-24-Q-0037. Quotes are due no later than Friday, 19 April 2024 at 8:00 a.m. HST. Quotes must be sent via email to both the primary and secondary points of contact. The Government may revise the solicitation at any time by means of an Amendment. It is an offeror’s responsibility to ensure it is accessing the Government Point of Entry (GPE) website, https://sam.gov/, to view potential amendments and procurement notifications for this solicitation.

Contract award will be in accordance to 52.212-2 as stated in the solicitation. All quotation submissions need to include completion of FAR 52.204-24, 52.204-26, 52.209-11 and 52.212-3. All questions regarding solicitation N32253-24-Q-0037 shall be submitted in writing via email to the listed POCs. Questions are due 26 March 2024 at 12:00 p.m. HST.
