Dry Dock #1 and Dry Dock #2 Elevator Dismantle and Removal

The Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard and Intermediate Maintenance Facility (PHNSY& IMF) intends to release a request for quote (RFQ) for a Firm Fixed-Price contract to perform the dismantling and removal of the Champion Elevators, model US-1000-FP in Dry Dock #1 and #2. The desired result of these services is to clear spaces to allow PHNSY & IMF to use the spaces more effectively.

This posting serves as a pre-solicitation notice in association with the sources sought notice N32253-23-121 and in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 5.204. This requirement is a 100% small business set-aside. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code assigned to this procurement is 238290 – Other Building Equipment Contractors. The Product Service Code is P500 Salvage – Demolition of Structures / Facilities (other than buildings).

The tentative Period of Performance is 10 June 2024 through 8 October 2024. This pre-solicitation notification does not constitute a request for proposals. Submission of any information in response to this notification is purely voluntary and the Government does not assume financial responsibility for any costs incur. Submission instructions will be outlined in the forthcoming solicitation and written offers shall be submitted in accordance with the CLINs structure.
