The purpose of this solicitation amendment is to cancel the solictiation in its entirety. 5/16/22 - Updated POP date and revised due date on solicitation.
Under the authority 10 U.S.C.2304(c)(1) as implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation 6.302-1, PHNSY &IMF intends to award a sole source contract to EnviroStat, Inc. to provide sampling courses for defensible environmental decisions. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code assigned to this procurement is 611430; the size standard for this NAICS is $12.0 million. Product Service Code is U099 – Education/Training – Other.
The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses will be those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2022-06, DFARS 04/28/2022, and NMCARS 18-21. A sources sought notice regarding this solicitation was posted on 04/11/2022 and closed on 04/22/2022. The Period of Performance is 06/13/2022 to 06/12/2023 with three option years to start subsequently. Please note the following:
The PWS is to provide sampling for defensible environmental decisions training. Oral offers will not be accepted. All firms or individuals responding must be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM) (https://www.sam.gov). Offers need to include a completed copy of the provision at FAR 52.204-24, 52.204-26, and 52.212-3. No telephonic responses will be accepted.
The following documents are required: • Fill out the unit price and total amount for CLIN 0001, 1001, 2001, and 3001 on the solicitation document (Standard Form 1449). • An itemized price quote. • A statement regarding technical approach on completing the work in accordance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS). o Five (5) pages maximum. • Completion of FAR 52.204-24, 52.204-26 and 52.212-3. Quotes are due no later than Wednesday, 05/18/2022, 8:00 a.m. HST. Quotes must be sent via email to both the primary and secondary points of contact.
