TBD Description: One, clean, approved, U.S. or foreign flag, double-hull tanker, with an Inert Gas System (IGS) and Segregated Ballast Tanks (SBT) that is capable of carrying a minimum of 235,000 bbls of clean product (intentions JA1) within vessel’s natural segregation in designated cargo tanks with double valve isolation.

Place of Contract Performance: The place/range of delivery is Mediterranean Sea, Range and Port in Charterer’s Option (Intentions St. Theodore, Greece); and the place/range of redelivery is Mediterranean Sea, Range and Port in Charterer’s Option (Intentions Piraeus, Greece). The laydays commence 29 September 2026 and cancel 30 September 2026, and the period of performance will be about 90 days.

Set-aside Status: N/A. The decision to release this procurement as “Unrestricted” is based on the Contracting Officer’s knowledge of the market and applicable market research.
