TBD Description: One, clean, approved, U.S. or foreign flag, double-hull tanker, with an Inert Gas System and Segregated Ballast Tanks that is capable of carrying a minimum of 270,000 bbls of clean product within vessel’s natural segregation in designated cargo tanks with double valve isolation.

Place of Contract Performance: The place/range of delivery is the South China Sea, Range and Port in Charterer’s Option (Intentions Ulsan, Korea); and the place/range of redelivery is Western Pacific / Sea of Japan, Range and Port in Charterer’s Option (Intentions DFSP Hakozaki, Japan). The laydays commence 29 September 2026 and cancel 30 September 2026, and the period of performance will be about 60 days.

Set-aside Status: N/A. The decision to release this procurement as “Unrestricted” is based on the Contracting Officer’s knowledge of the market and applicable market research.
