This Constitutes Amendment 0005. New work item 0111, 0115, 0121, 0131, 0210, 0591, 0801, 0802, revised work item 0021 and 0709 and references, drawings are sent via DoD Safe. Revised J-1, REV D, J-2 REV 4 and solicitation conform copy is provided. This Constitutes Amendment 0004. New work item 0590, revised item 0609, 0610, references, drawings and Sequence of Installation for cranes are sent via DoD Safe.

Revised J-1 REV C, revised J-2 REV 3, Solicitation Amendment, Solicitation conform document and RFC 08 are provided. This Constitutes Amendment 0003. New work item 0530, 0165, 0196, revised item 0709, references and drawings are sent via DoD Safe, revised J-1 REV A and B, revised J-2 REV 1 and 2, RFC 06 and 07 are provided. This Constitutes Amendment 0002. Revised work item 0609, 0610, 0672, 0911 and drawing 7372682 were sent via email. RFC 03, 04, 05 and J-3 REV 2 is attached.

This Constitutes Amendment 0001. The drawings, tech manuals, and revised work items and J-3 were sent via email and/or DoD Safe to all contractors who submitted a Non-Disclosure Agreement. This requirement is for the USNS ZEUS (T ARC 7) Mid Term and Dry-Docking. See attached solicitation and attachments. This is a Total Small Business Set-Aside. Response date is 02 July 2024 at 1:00 PM Easter Standard Time. Work items, References and Contract Data Requirements List will be sent to contractors who have provided the Technical Non-Disclosure Agreement.
