See attached revised combined synopsis/solicitation and Justification and Approval memo Military Sealift Command will issue a Firm Fixed-Price Purchase Order for the brand name materials listed in the attachement. Original Equipment Manufacturer OEM Geislinger parts are required. Any offer for other than OEM parts will not be considered. See attached Combined Synopsis/Solicitation for part number, description, quantity, and unit of issue.
